With experience dating back to 1964, we have developed expertise in all facets of production machining, including turning, grinding, milling, drilling induction hardening, & spline rolling. All programs are reviewed to determine the optimal processing methods, which include CNC machining centers and or fully automated transfer line. U.S. Manufacturing experience covers a wide range of ferrous and aluminum material grades including but not limited to grades 1020, 1026, 1035, 1045, 1050, 15V39, 15V41, and HSLA J1392, 520, & 620. 

Our precision machining capabilities are utilized to produce a wide variety of products such as one & two piece differential carriers,  control arms, steering knuckles, carriers, hubs and brake calipers, in addition to axle housings & front & rear axle shafts.
