USM de Mexico Expansion
U.S.M. de Mexico has begun construction of an expansion project that will increase the size of our facility in two phases. The first phase will be complete in 2007 and will increase the facility from 124,000 to 175,000 square feet. Phase II of the our expansion will provide an additional increase of 100,000 square feet and is tentatively scheduled for completion in 2008.
New Business
U.S. Manufacturing, Warren Michigan has announced the receipt of business from American Axle on a new one piece differential case that will be PPAP’d in June 2007, and will begin limited production in December of 2007. Full production will begin in 2008 with projected annual sales from this program of approximately $15,000,000 annually.
